We have three rates that we charge, based on when you are staying with us.
Summer Rates run from Memorial Day through Labor Day & are $200 / night.
Weekend Rates apply to weekend or holiday nights, such as Memorial Weekend, Fourth of July, or Labor Day Weekend as well as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter & are $250 / night.
Off Season rates apply the rest of the year & are $135 / night.

14.5% Occupancy Tax - it helps keep our beaches beautiful,
